Overview
Evry Health is a health plan built around a simpler member experience. Its web presence has two jobs: explaining the plan clearly to prospective members and employers, and giving current members a portal to manage their care.
The work
I worked on Evry Health's production web platform and member portal, where getting the UI right directly affects whether people can understand and use their health coverage.
What mattered
- Clarity. Healthcare is confusing. The interface has to make plan details and next steps easy to follow.
- Accessibility. Members come from every background and use every kind of device and assistive technology.
- Reliability. A member portal is a production system people depend on to get care.
